Who we are

Nigeria’s Youth-Led Civic Action Platform

values

what we stand for

I WILL VOTE NG is a non-partisan civic engagement platform committed to transforming how young Nigerians relate to democracy, voting, governance, and national development

We believe that sustainable change happens when the youth are not just the leaders of tomorrow, but active participants of today.

Nigeria’s future is young, but too many are disconnected from governance.
I WILL VOTE NG changes that by educating, engaging, and mobilizing young Nigerians to confidently shape the nation’s future.

A society where every young person has a voice in the political process and the agency to drive positive social change.

We exist to build a generation that is not only aware of their civic rights, but confident in exercising them.

Across Nigeria, millions of young people feel disconnected from political processes, not because they don’t care, but because the system often feels distant, complex, and unrelatable. I WILL VOTE NG was created to change that narrative.

How We Are Making a Difference?

At I WILL VOTE NG, we don’t just talk about youth participation, we actively build the pathways that make it possible.

Across Nigeria, many young people feel disconnected from governance and unsure of how to engage. We address this gap by turning civic knowledge into everyday understanding, and political participation into a practical, achievable action.

We make a difference by

Simplifying Civic Education

We break down elections, governance, and public policy into clear, relatable content through articles, videos, podcasts, and interactive sessions. We make complex systems easy to understand, so no young person feels excluded from the process.

Mobilizing First-Time Voters

Through targeted campaigns, digital tools, and on-ground outreach, we guide young Nigerians through voter registration, PVC collection, and election-day participation, turning intention into action.

Connecting Youth to Decision-Makers

We bridge the gap between young citizens and leaders by facilitating town halls, policy discussions, and Q&A sessions that allow youth to engage directly with those in positions of authority.

Creating Safe Spaces for Dialogue

We host online and offline forums where young people can express opinions, debate respectfully, and exchange ideas on national issues, building confidence in civic voice and collective problem-solving.

Building the Next Generation of Leaders

Through mentorship, training, and leadership development programs, we equip young Nigerians with skills to lead responsibly, think critically, and participate meaningfully in shaping Nigeria’s future.

Driving Community-Led Action

We support youth-led initiatives and advocacy campaigns that address local challenges, promote accountability, and strengthen community involvement in governance.

our history

Here's How We Got Started

From awareness to action. From voice to vote. From youth to nation-builders.

I WILL VOTE NG was born from a simple but powerful realization, Nigeria’s future is young, yet too many young people feel distant from the very system that shapes their lives.

1

What We Saw

We saw a generation brimming with energy but locked out of the system. Civic participation wasn’t lacking interest, it was lacking a bridge. We’re building that bridge.

2

What We Knew

We knew that for democracy to thrive, young people must move from the sidelines to the center so we created the tools to get you there.

3

What We Did

What began as a vision to make voting relatable is now a movement transforming spectators into active contributors to national progress.

Why It Matters

When young people vote, nations transform.
When young people stay silent, decisions are made for them.

This is your voice. This is your power. This is your time.
